1. About Short Flix

Short Flix is an entertainment application that provides access to entertainment content, including Myanmar-subtitled series, AI-created Myanmar-subtitled series, and story/movie recap content. The service is intended to provide a fast and convenient video-watching experience.

2. Information We Collect

Short Flix is designed to collect only information that is necessary for operating, securing, and improving the service. Depending on the features enabled in a particular version of the app, information may include:

• Basic device and app information required for technical operation, security, diagnostics, or crash reporting.
• Usage or interaction information used to understand service performance and improve the app, where applicable.
• Information that a user voluntarily provides, such as an email address, if the app provides a feature that requires it.

Short Flix does not intentionally request sensitive personal information unless a future feature specifically requires it and the applicable disclosure and consent requirements are satisfied.

Short Flix သည် မြန်မာစာတမ်းထိုး ဇာတ်လမ်းတွဲများ၊ AI ဖြင့်ဖန်တီးထားသော မြန်မာစာတမ်းထိုး ဇာတ်လမ်းတွဲများနှင့် ဇာတ်လမ်း/ရုပ်ရှင် Recap အကြောင်းအရာများကို ကြည့်ရှုနိုင်ရန် ဖန်တီးထားသော Entertainment Application ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အသုံးပြုသူများအတွက် မြန်ဆန်လွယ်ကူသော Video ကြည့်ရှုမှုအတွေ့အကြုံကို ပေးနိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်ထားပါသည်။

၂။ မည်သည့်အချက်အလက်များကို စုဆောင်းနိုင်သလဲ

Short Flix သည် Application ကို လည်ပတ်စေရန်၊ လုံခြုံရေးအတွက်နှင့် Service ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်စေရန် လိုအပ်သော အချက်အလက်များကိုသာ စုဆောင်းရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။ App Version နှင့် ဖွင့်ထားသော Feature များပေါ်မူတည်၍ အောက်ပါအချက်အလက်များ ပါဝင်နိုင်ပါသည် —

• App လည်ပတ်မှု၊ လုံခြုံရေး၊ Technical Diagnostics သို့မဟုတ် Crash Reporting အတွက် လိုအပ်သော အခြေခံ Device နှင့် App Information။
• Service Performance နှင့် App ကို ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်စေရန် အသုံးပြုသည့် Usage/Interaction Information (အသုံးပြုပါက)။
• Email Address ကဲ့သို့ အသုံးပြုသူကိုယ်တိုင် မိမိဆန္ဒဖြင့် ပေးအပ်သော အချက်အလက်များ (ထို Feature လိုအပ်ပါက)။

၄။ Third-Party Services နှင့် ကြော်ငြာများ

Short Flix တွင် Hosting၊ Video Delivery၊ Analytics၊ Crash Reporting၊ Advertising သို့မဟုတ် အခြား Technical Services များအတွက် Third-Party Service Provider များကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။ ထို Service များကို App တွင် အသုံးပြုထားပါက ၎င်းတို့သည် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Privacy Policy နှင့် ဥပဒေများအရ အချို့သောအချက်အလက်များကို ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

Advertising SDK သို့မဟုတ် Analytics SDK များကို ထည့်သွင်းအသုံးပြုပါက Short Flix ၏ Privacy Policy နှင့် Google Play Data Safety Section တွင် အမှန်တကယ်အသုံးပြုနေသည့် SDK များ၏ Data Handling နှင့် ကိုက်ညီအောင် ပြင်ဆင်ဖော်ပြမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Short Flix သည် Personal Information များကို ရောင်းချခြင်း မပြုပါ။ App ကို လည်ပတ်ရန်၊ Feature များ ပေးရန်၊ Security ထိန်းသိမ်းရန် သို့မဟုတ် ဥပဒေဆိုင်ရာတာဝန်များကို လိုက်နာရန် လိုအပ်သည့်အခါ Service Provider များနှင့် အချက်အလက်အချို့ကို ကိုင်တွယ်/မျှဝေစေနိုင်ပါသည်။

အချက်အလက်များကို ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ ဝင်ရောက်ခြင်း၊ ပျောက်ဆုံးခြင်း၊ မသင့်လျော်စွာအသုံးပြုခြင်း၊ ပြောင်းလဲခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ထုတ်ဖော်ခြင်းတို့မှ ကာကွယ်ရန် သင့်လျော်သော Technical နှင့် Organizational Measures များကို အသုံးပြုရန် ရည်ရွယ်ထားပါသည်။ သို့သော် Internet ပေါ်ရှိ မည်သည့် Service မဆို လုံခြုံရေးကို ၁၀၀% အာမခံနိုင်ခြင်း မရှိပါ။

အချက်အလက်များကို ဤမူဝါဒတွင် ဖော်ပြထားသော ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များအတွက် လိုအပ်သည့်ကာလအတွင်းသာ သင့်လျော်သလောက် သိမ်းဆည်းမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဥပဒေအရ သိမ်းဆည်းရန်လိုအပ်သော အချက်အလက်များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဥပဒေအတိုင်း ဆက်လက်သိမ်းဆည်းနိုင်ပါသည်။

App တွင် User Account Feature ပါဝင်လာပါက Google Play Policy နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာလိုအပ်ချက်များအတိုင်း Account နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သည့် Data များကို ဖျက်နိုင်သော နည်းလမ်းကို ပေးအပ်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Short Flix သည် ကလေးများထံမှ Personal Information များကို သိရှိရည်ရွယ်ချက်ဖြင့် စုဆောင်းရန် မရည်ရွယ်ပါ။ မသင့်လျော်သော အခြေအနေဖြင့် ကလေးတစ်ဦးထံမှ Personal Information စုဆောင်းထားကြောင်း သိရှိပါက သင့်လျော်သော အရေးယူဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ ပြုလုပ်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၉။ Privacy Policy ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း

App၊ Service၊ Data Handling Practice သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာလိုအပ်ချက်များ ပြောင်းလဲသည့်အခါ ဤ Privacy Policy ကို Update ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ နောက်ဆုံး Version ကို ဤစာမျက်နှာတွင် “Last Updated” ရက်စွဲနှင့်အတူ ဖော်ပြမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
